“Realpolitik” is Finding its way to Flying Saucers in the Mainstream Media

This posting is a response to an important Project Unity interviewed linked below.
It is a good thing that mainstream media (MSM) journalists like Ross Coulthart have taken an interest in flying saucers. It is to be expected that they bring with them the perspective of those that serve elite interests who own the mainstream media and whose principal aims are to sell advertising and manufacture public opinion. Listening to Project Unity Jay’s interview, I am reminded of how steep the learning curve is when it comes to flying saucers. Talented journalists like Ross Coulthart ,despite their best efforts, face many challenges when attempting to grasp the incredibly complex issues raised by what are now officially called “UAPs.” In my opinion, only a detailed analysis that goes beyond sightings reports and the UFO coverup and focuses on the rich literature of contact experiencers, can journalists attempt to cogently address what is being called “The Phenomenon.” This is not likely to happen for some time

In my judgment, Mr. Coulthart clearly has not digested the research done by Grant Cameron and others outlining the “gradual acclimatization” program that has existed alongside the de facto policy of ridicule and denial which are the bulwarks of the coverup. If he were even a bit familiar with this important aspect of UFO history going back over seven decades, he would understand that the UFO subculture and people like the rock star Tom Delonge who Coulthart mentions, but also the contactee Steven Greer MD, and the unfortunately disgraced investigator Mr. William Moore, have all played a role in the US Executive Branch’s “gradual acclimatization” policy. Each of these above-mentioned prominent activists have facilitated the release of a combination of accurate information and some disinformation about the US Executive Branch’s secret UFO programs. 

In my opinion, as many prominent journalists are doing, Coulthart commits the primary error of not realizing that flying saucers are just one of the contact modalities involving consciousness employed by non-human intelligences.These contact modalities include, NDEs, ghosts, shamanistic journeys etc. Ross Coulthart also poses the issue as a probable national security threat. 

I can understand how the Washington DC insiders’ faction promoting more openness on this might want to use the notion of “a non-hostile potential threat” to military aircraft safety as a battering ram to wake up the somnambulists inhabiting the US Congress. I suspect, however, that these insiders and their superiors in the CIA, DIA and Joint Chiefs of Staff have known that UFOs are indeed no national security threat for a very long time. This is perhaps the only accurate assessment of the Condon Report that closed Project Blue Book over a half century ago. 

From this in-depth interview, it is clear where Mr. Coulthart’s loyalties are. He prefers the USA rather than the Russian kleptocratic and Chinese totalitarian governments to be the first to back engineer the secrets of the saucers. I share his sentiments on this point. On the other hand, unless there is a radical transformation of Earth civilization involving the establishment world peace based on social and environmental justice, in my opinion, we will not be able to unravel the technology. I believe this is because UAP intelligences understand that such awesome powers that their technology will offer, under current world conditions, would be first used for military purposes and not for peaceful applications. 

Thus, the intelligences responsible for UAPs would likely block any back engineering effort that would endanger both our civilization and perhaps even theirs.Furthermore, unless humanity bans nuclear weapons and promotes a planetary unity based on peace and cooperation, we will never be able to end the international arms race and global warming. The maxim, “evolve, or perish!” applies to the critical point in our people’s history. 

Mainstream media representatives like Coulthart so far have totally nearly totally ignored the rich human experience of contact with UAP associated non-human intelligences. These ongoing interactions have brought back messages about the need to expand human consciousness emphasizing the theme of oneness. Those that claim direct interactions with flying saucer associated intelligences have been warned about the looming dangers of environmental collapse and nuclear weapons. The important research of Robert Hastings documented in his book “UFOs and Nukes” reveals the fact that UAP intelligences continuously manifest their presence and what I believe are their concerns about the dangers of nuclear weapons to all of mankind. 

As a former anti-nuclear activist in the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War, I suggest that these technologies are not merely weapons but rather should be viewed as instruments of genocide.  It is my hope that journalists like Ross Coulthart will embrace a broader view of flying saucers and come to the assessment, as I have, that these intelligences might assist humanity not only to survive, but also to thrive.

NAME DELETED, Thanks for the detailed thoughtful reply to my posting. You have outlined some of the parameters of our current world situation and you make a good case for our need for change, but your hope that, “But if we can’t do it ourselves, perhaps they’ll need to step in to right the ship.” is wishful thinking. I suspect that many share this wish dream of an “alien rescue.”

I have always assumed that it is the job of humanity and humanity alone to right our wrongs. The so-called ETs may inspire us to save ourselves, but it is childish to think they will do our work for us. The wish dream that divine or ET intervention is required means that we are not capable as mature beings to prevent the destruction of civilization. If that is true, are we worth saving? 

The transformation of consciousness that would allow a civilization to create the foundations of kindness, live in peace and thrive, I suspect, has happened many times before on other worlds and perhaps in other dimensions. I believe that process of transformation is still going on in the vast cosmos. Some races of beings succeed, others probably fail as we appear to be failing. 

What we need is not just an outline of the problem, and yours is a pretty good one, but an outline for possible solutions. Few dare to come up with a plan. I am ambitious enough to give it try. Despite hundreds of postings read by perhaps a few thousand contact/disclosure enthusiasts, only a handful have expressed much interest in the tentative action plans that I have posted. 

My ideas are as follows: Personal transformation is the first step. With an expanded state of consciousness potential activists can start the process of confronting the insane mental structures called the ego. By identifying not with things, money, possessions, power over others, we can link up with the creative power of the universe that is not based on matter and energy, but on that which is “no thing,” Consciousness itself. This however is only the first step. 

Next, we need to build collectives of activists that understand the depths of the problems we face as you and others have outlined. These include war, environmental pollution and resultant global warming, excessive nationalism, racism, sexism and the obscene disparities of wealth and power that exist across our wounded planet.  And then we must create the foundation of a worldwide peace movement that will put on its agenda strengthening communication and contact with up UAP intelligences. And all the while in the process to make just demands on the governments that are ruled by the few. These are:

1. to stop attempting to shoot down the structured craft associated with the non-human intelligences, what have been called UFOs. 
2. End the worldwide UFO coverup and start telling the truth after eight decades of lies.
3. Ban all weapons of mass destruction and move towards universal disarmament as the necessary steps to forever abolish war.
4. Establish a planetary government based on the principles of environmental and social justice. This is necessary to prevent the destruction of our civilization by uncontrolled global warming and to end the obscene disparities of wealth and power on our planet. 

Creating social movements to heal our wounded planet will require a spiritual transformation of humanity’s mass consciousness. Such movements will be opposed, not only by ruling elites, but also by the ego based mental structures outlined above that exist within all of us.  The social processes that I envision will be like other struggles that have worked to end chattel slavery and win basic human rights for women. But it will be unique in that the stakes are much higher now and will unfold over centuries. Its success will ensure nothing less tha the continuity of terrestrial civilization.  

To think that merely by working on our inner transformation and not create a social movement is a blueprint for defeat in my opinion.

To think that a viable social movement can create world peace, social and environmental justice without an inner transformation, is another blueprint for defeat. 

If we love this planet, our children all that is beautiful and sacred then we will as I have written before, 

“Look inwards, to the formless realms of consciousness to become the change we want to see in the world. And then look outwards, to find kindred activist souls to make those changes in the world of form.”
