Ex-CIA Analyst Openly Joins the UAP Truth Movement as a Contact Experiencer

One might title this remarkable presentation, “The ex-CIA analyst that came in from the cold.” Not only does John Ramirez declare himself a contact experiencer, but he also gives pointers to investigators how to better submit FOIA requests to the Executive Branch Intelligence organizations. Advising how to best file requests is an acknowledgment of the important role that citizen investigators can play to advance the current policy of more openness concerning what are now called UAPs.

As a former peace and social justice activist in the social movements of the 1960s, 70s and 80s, I was impressed by Mr. Ramirez’ concern that military engagements with UAPs could result in shoot downs of what many believe are spacecraft. He also follows a line of speculation offered by Grant Cameron that the notorious CIA experiments of MK Ultra might have been a reaction to the Roswell incident and possible telepathic communications with the survivors of that alleged crash. It is a tribute to Jay of Project Unity that a man of Mr. Ramirez’ caliber has chosen to speak so candidly about these vital topics on Jay’s media platform.
