James Iandoli interviewed me on his “Engaging the Phenomenon” YouTube Channel on October 17, 2022. The discussion was titled “Prime Contactees & The UFO Intelligence-Counterintelligence Model.”

I describe a unique type of contact experiencer that serves as a “human UFO magnet.” I designate them “Prime Contactees.” Such individuals can request a sighting when others are present and have UAPs appear. Thirty years ago, as an organizer for the CE-5 Initiative I attempted to build a network of activists that incorporated these so called “Primes” into our Working Group operations. In my view, Prime Contactees function as “agents” working for what Dr. Jacques Vallee has called “a higher intelligence agency.”

I mention one conflict that I had with the CSETI Director in 1995 that contributed to my resigning from Dr. Greer’s organization in 1998. This was a challenging time because of surveillance of our network by governmental and perhaps corporate security services. I discuss some of the causes of organizational tensions resulting from the Dr. Greer’s dual mission of staging Human Initiated Contact Events (HICE) and his working with government operatives as part of what researcher Grant Cameron has called a “gradual acclimatization” program of limited disclosure.
