In the past, I may have been concerned that the next generation of contact workers might not continue the efforts that the CE-5 network initiated three decades ago.
After watching this inspiring interview of Tyler Zahradnik by James Iandoli, I know that the work is not only going to continue but that the next generation will achieve even greater success than we accomplished during the 1990s.
I am so very impressed by the dedication and sophistication of both Tyler and James as evidenced in this remarkable interview.
