Richard Doty-Dr. Steven Greer interview Part 1 thru 4 parts
In August of 2016 Richard Doty, a retired Sargent who worked for the Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) during the 1980s, gave an in-depth interview to CSETI Director Steven Greer MD. It is truly explosive information that confirms many of the UFO community’s suspicions about the US government’s,
1.research into flying saucers,
2.the corruption of the media to protect secret Air Force projects,
3. causing injuries to civilians in the Cash-Landrum UFO case by a back-engineered flying saucer and most importantly the government’s plans for
4. false flag operations designed to stage attacks that will be blamed on UFO intelligences.
In my opinion, Mr. Doty’s important testimony is likely a combination of accurate information with carefully crafted disinformation to protect the secrets of ongoing Special Access Programs. This pattern of controlled partial disclosures has been addressed in detail by Grant Cameron’s 2017 book “Managing Magic” and the many lectures and interviews that he has conducted on this theme. According to Grant Cameron’s analysis, important revelations coming from insiders like Richard Doty are part of a critically important acclimatization program based in the US Executive Branch. Such efforts have been carried out for decades. The mission appears to prepare the American people and the world that we are not alone.
In my view, there has been an intense struggle within the so-called “control groups” for decades. There are those forces that oppose any kind of disclosure that will eventually lead to integrating advanced so-called “free energy” into our civilian technological culture. Threatening the largest industry on our planet, the empire of coal, natural gas and petroleum is not for the lighthearted. Nevertheless we see with the latest chapter of partial disclosures, now orchestrated by Tom Delonge’s “To the Stars Academy”, that prominent leaders from the military-industrial-intelligence complex are stepping out of the shadows. His press conference from October 2017 revealed that despite opposition from within the control groups, a decision has been made to proceed with the acclimatization process. I strongly suspect that Richard Doty’s candid remarks were cleared by high government officials and are an indication that important further partial disclosures will be forthcoming.
What follows are my notes from listening to the Dr. Greer-Richard Doty interview. An edited transcript of a small part of their conversation is also included in Dr. Greer’s 2017 book “Unacknowledged.”
DR. GREER-RICHARD DOTY INTERVIEW PROGRAM NOTES, Part One
Several months after starting at Kirtland AFB Sargent Doty was reportedly briefed into a Special Access Program involving the US Government’s investigation into extraterrestrial visitations. Investigating UFOs took up an estimated 60 percent of his time. He also described conducting other types of investigation not related UFO phenomena.
He said that he read into the project in the summer of 1979.
His initial briefing required him to have a special access security clearance.
The briefer was an Air Force Colonel from Washington. Several other agents were briefed at that time as well.
Doty declined to give the Colonel’s name. The briefing reportedly started with a history of the US involvement with extraterrestrials. The crash at Roswell really took place southwest of the town Corona New Mexico. Another crash site was later found in a very remote location to the west referred to as Magdalena. This was in 1949.
During his briefing a classified movie was shown about the recovery efforts of crashed flying saucers which started in late June 1947. Alien bodies were allegedly found at the craft sites along with and one live ET, a male. They were called EBENs which I believe stands for Extraterrestrial Biological Entities. The being went to Kirtland Air Force Base initially and then on to Los Alamos, where he reportedly died in 1952. Several of the dead ETs were frozen. Richard Doty described the craft as oval or egg shaped, not a saucer. Some of the “creatures” from the 47 crash were severely damaged. Two reportedly were pretty much intact. The retired Sargent did not discuss an autopsy.
The aliens had no ears, indentations for noses, and big eyes. They looked like they were nude, but in reality, had on what was described as thin tight-fitting suits. They had four fingers and no thumbs, with suction type structures on each finger. One had a helmet or head apparatus that supposedly allowed for communications with either the craft or something else. Another device allegedly found was a rectangular object that appeared to be made of a kind of “plexiglass” material. It was not unit years later did government scientists discover that it was an energy device.
The 1979 AFOSI briefing film also allegedly showed the 1949 recovery at Horse Mesa (Magdalena). It was thought that this craft crashed at the same time as the 1947 one, but because of its remote location was not discovered until a rancher came across it. There wasn’t much left of the bodies. The craft had the exact oval shaped configuration as the 1947 one and it was clear from looking at the wreckage that they had similar damage. He stated that if you compared the sketches of the two craft) they were of similar dimensions, 35x 42 feet across. The former AFOSI non-commissioned officer said that the EBEN probably explained how they had crashed but Doty was not briefed on this aspect. Perhaps lightning storms may have had something to do it. It was concluded by the military that they must had collided together. No explanation was given with certainty as to how this might have happened.
Understandably the wreckage, and dead bodies were the subject of intense scientific investigations. Sargent Doty said that Wright Patterson Air Force Base was best place to figure things out and that’s where the material ended up. The craft had no readily discernable controls, or avionics, but over time scientists eventually figured out quite a lot. They reportedly discovered that the creatures put their hands on the controls and then via the headset were able to fly the alien vehicles. Later in his career, he allegedly read a document in Washington that discussed a rectangular glass like plate involved in the energy generation/ propulsion system. The Magdalena UFO had a larger energy device than the one at the Corona crash site. The larger one’s output was totally dependent on the load connected to it. This device supposedly could generate as little power as was required for say a flashlight or as much as the energy needs of entire city. The CSETI Director asked if US scientists had every reproduced the device. Doty responded that he never received official confirmation that this had happened, but he was sure that it was accomplished.
During the interview Richard Doty shared his negative assessment of many civilian UFO researchers. He complained that none of them have ever gotten the story right. What he found so “disgusting” about those researchers was the way in which they “disinform themselves.” Sargent Doty pointed out that they don’t have security clearances, never worked for the intelligence community and much of what they write are third and fourth-hand stories. He said that an example of this as the “fact” that civilian UFO investigators assert that the Roswell crash happened in July 1947, when according to him it actually occurred in June and the cleanup extended into July.
Doty told Dr. Greer that in the past he has tried to go to UFO conventions to set people straight, but the attendees didn’t want to hear what he had to say. Of course Sargent Doty’s being associated with spreading disinformation in the 1980s to investigators like Linda Moulton Howe and poor Mr. Paul Bennewitz can explain why Mr. Doty’s explanations were not well received in decades past and it appears as they are not being well received by prominent ufologists today. Following his interview with Dr. Greer, in the November of 2017 Doty called into Linda Moulton Howe’s Internet Radio show and several months later in 2018 the retired intelligence officer was on the Jimmy Church show. Listening to the response of Jimmy Church, Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan that analyzed Doty’s amazing revelations in a subsequent show, I got the impression they didn’t know what to make of his release of what a might be very highly classified information.
We should never forget Sargent Doty’s unfortunate involvement with Mr. Paul Bennewitz. He was a successful engineer-entrepreneur who lived adjacent to Kirtland AFB where Sargent Doty was stationed. The scientist was an avid UFO fan and recorded what he thought were UFOs above the base. He also recorded some bizarre radio signals that he believed were alien communications. What he likely recorded was evidence of advanced US military technology and probable bona fide flying saucer activity that were possibly monitoring such US technology. As a patriotic citizen he brought his findings to the AFOSI and this triggered an elaborate plot that involved systematically feeding Mr. Bennewitz disinformation about underground alien bases. These lies in combination with Bennewitz’s pre-existing fear of evil aliens contributed to his mental instability. Eventually he became so paranoid that he had a nervous breakdown which caused him to be hospitalized. This story has been described in detail by Greg Bishop’s “Project Beta” published in 2006.
Returning now to Mr. Doty’s interview with Dr. Greer. The retired intelligence agent said that during the briefing the Colonel focused on the threat that was posed by ET craft. The US military wanted to know what the aliens were after. Were they doing recon before an invasion? Did their appearance over uranium mining facilities indicate that they were they short of minerals. The Colonel’s personal opinion reportedly was that their first appearance was triggered by US nuclear detonations in the 1940s. Maybe they didn’t have a weapon like that and they were after those weapons. Security of nuclear weapons and counterintelligence operations were a main responsibility of AFOSI and agents like Doty did their patriotic duty to defend their nation’s military.

DR. GREER-RICHARD DOTY INTERVIEW PROGRAM NOTES, Part Two
In August of 2016 Richard Doty, a retired Sargent who worked for the Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) during the 1980s gave an in-depth interview to CSETI Director Steven Greer MD. The interview which can be purchased on the Internet as a DVD. An edited transcript of a small part of their conversation is also included in Dr. Greer’s 2017 book “Unacknowledged.”
Retired Air Force Office of Special Investigations agent Richard Doty described to Dr. Greer
four types of different ETs. Doty and the other agents being read into the Special Access Program were reportedly never told how military got pictures of the creatures that were not involved with the 1947 Roswell incident. One species allegedly had 2 hands on each arm. They were about 5-6 ft tall A second type reported was very tall thin, its long arms reaching down to the knees, with regular hands. This species superficially looked human, but had cat like eyes, and no hair. The 3rd group looked similar to the EBENs (ET Biological Entities) found at the Roswell crash site, but this third group had a bigger body. According to Sargent Doty this type later on was found out to have been genetically engineered by EBENs. No information allegedly was provided by the briefer indicating how this had been determined.
Rick Doty then described the various type of vehicles that had been recovered. One type was a small one-seater and was possibly a reconnaissance craft. Doty told Dr. Greer the first portion of the film that they were shown contained images from the 1940s and 50s. The later parts showed more current incidents. One craft looked just like the McMinnville flying saucer. Another was cigar shaped craft and then there was a wide saucer that looked like a top that children play with.
Retired AFOSI agent Doty stated that they asked for briefings when they were given new assignments. One of his most remarkable cases involved an Air Force scientist that died in 1981. This individual had old arm footlocker filled with pictures showing autopsies with organs that had been taken out of alien bodies. They reportedly had a heart and lung which turned out to be one organ. Allegedly they had several stomachs. On recovering this material Doty said that he immediately classified it. A medical doctor from Air Force Institute of Pathology confirmed they pictures were from bodies in Corona/Roswell crash.
Other findings include a brain with 11 lobes and where the spine met the brain there were two bulbs. The optic nerves went into several different parts of the brain.
All the entities were male. Each had a reproductive gland, but not a penis.
Leg muscles were extremely fibrous which was thought to give them more strength. There were no ears with just a small bulb as the hearing organ.
These EBENs had no vocal cords. The one that survived reportedly communicated at first with sign language. Eventually the surgical staff figured out a way to give him vocal cords. Sargent Doty stated that he was never briefed on telepathy. Years later he learned about that an Air Force Captain that was both a trained linguists and intelligence officer lived with the EBEN until the being died.
Rick Doty told Dr. Greer that the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was at the center of the US military UFO project. All AFOSI reports ended up with DIA. A “Tom Mack” was reportedly one project manager for DIA. These counter-intelligence programs had different names. Military code names were phonetic. Q for Quebec, then District number, then case number Q district17 was number for Kirtland. One astounding case allegedly took place in the winter of 1984 at the Strategic Air Command (SAC) base in Pease New York.
An alien craft allegedly landed at base. A nuclear weapon in a bunker was taken apart, but nothing was stolen. Investigators found very strange prints, not human but rather 4 handed prints. Some incidents obviously were more intrusive than just UFOs flying around. Sargent Doty described in detail events that happened while he was stationed at Kirtland’s Manzano weapons storage facility. strange lights Coyote Canyon, something landed. In a subsequent interview with Linda Moulton Howe and John Burroughs Doty described these occurrences in more detail.
Some very important and bizarre aspects of the Bennewitz case was revealed to Dr. Greer however that doesn’t appear on the YouTube recording of the Howe/Burroughs Doty interview.
Sargent Doty described high strangeness events in the Bennewitz home. Sargent Doty (D) described his having very friendly relations with Paul Bennewitz (PB)who invited him and another intelligence officer to his home one winter evening in the 1980s. They were sitting in a living room with high ceilings and listening to PB talk about what he was learning from his monitoring of radio transmissions and sightings of UAPs around Kirtland. The ceiling lights were off and only table lights were on. It was 9 PM and D saw an orb floating in one corner of the ceiling. It was a ball of light with little sparklers around it. D watched if for a while and then elbowed the other officer present to alert him. They both watched the orb and didn’t say anything to Paul. Then it started moving around and Paul saw it and said, “well there it is.” So they all watched it for about 20 seconds. Finally, it went back to the spot where they had first seen it and it disappeared.
Jerry, the other intelligence officer reportedly thought that Paul had created the orb. Jerry confronted Paul and said, “What did you just do?” PB responded, “I didn’t do anything.” Jerry was also a scientist and asked whether he could look around and check things out. PB told him “Go ahead.” So Jerry looked all around the house, went up to Paul’s room and didn’t find anything. PB told them, “That’s their reconnaissance. That’s how they keep an eye on me.”
A few weeks later two officers were in his house again without PB being there.” A lot of people said that “we broke in.” but “he gave me the key.” PB “if you ever want to go in there, here is the key.”
“We didn’t get any search warrants or anything… and we went in there. This time we saw a really small orb, much smaller than the other one and we saw it burn a whole in the wall going from one room to another.”
They told PB about it and a few weeks later when they came back the burn whole was still there.
“At first, we thought that Paul was hallucinating, but the more I looked into this, there was something to this. He was actually photographing extraterrestrials.” Not so much as a creature, but more their reconnaissance.”
PB reportedly had taken a “whole bunch of colored pictures.” D said, “if you get anymore, don’t develop them.”
So Doty took the undeveloped to the base’s secure photography lab and the film was developed. D reportedly watched the technicians develop the prints. Some allegedly were of oval shaped craft that were flying above planes that were landing at the airport. These were structured craft with details including struts, one particular one had a blue trail coming out from it indicating some kind of propulsion mechanism. They were reportedly about the same size as the vehicles in the Corona crash. The prints were reportedly sent them up the chain of command and Doty never saw them again. PB reportedly never provided them with video, but there was one that he got to see from a retired Air Force pilot that had become an avid wildlife photographer. Doty described it as the “Placitas video.” It was 28 seconds long and they sent the camera and film to HQ Bolding AFB and from there to National Security Agency. The pilot later received a check from the government to cover the cost of the video camera. The retired officer wanted the video back but they didn’t give it to him because it was classified.
The only reason that D knew it ended up in NSA was because he joined a group of retired intelligence officers and years later after the event one of his fellow officers told him about it. They are a “tightly knit” group and get together every year. D said of the last 25 meetings D reportedly attending about 20 of them. Normally they are just before or after the Lofton UFO conventions. The other officers were briefed into programs that D was not in.
D said in the 1994-95 he met a retired NSA officer that told him “I always wanted to meet you because we were on the same case together.”
D replied, “What case was that”. Reply the PB case. So NSA interviewed him too and we in AFOSI didn’t know about that.”
My comment:
Thus multiple agencies worked on the same cases but there was not necessarily cooperation between them because of the highly classified nature of these SAPs. NSA reportedly also investigated one abduction case that D had heard about.
One winter night when D was visiting PB, his host said. You see that house across the street.
Jerry was there with them.
There were lights in the upstairs window?”
D: “Yes.”
PB: “They are not supposed to be there. That house is vacant.”
Doty stated that he was armed and so went across the street and snooped around the property. He allegedly found two vehicles parked there, hidden in the back yard. D got the license numbers. Thinking maybe they belonged to people that were buying the house.
On investigating the vehicles he discovered that a government credit card rented them
The lights in the window were ones that old video camera lights used to display.
Albuquerque police came by and IDed the people in the house. They were government agents.
CIA officers weren’t allowed to do fieldwork and they depended on AFOSI to feed them info which they analyzed. FBI also did investigations.

Part Three
Retired AFOSI agent Richard Doty described seeing a cylinder like device that allegedly had been engineered from a crashed saucer. The original was analyzed at Sandia and several other places as well According to Doty (D)In 1984 President Reagan visited Sandia and according to D the President was going to be “specifically briefed on this.”
D, “I was part of the security detail and was in the room when they were explaining this to him. “
The scientists present explained to the President what they thought was the function of the device. It was both an avionics and navigation instrument. D stated this was the only instances in which he learned what research was being done on such things by Sandia.
SMG: asked to what extent was Reagan “read into these various projects or information?”
52 minutes into the interview Doty stated that one member of the former intelligence officers group was a secret service agent for some years and then he went over to the CIA. He reportedly told the other members that one of the most fascinating things about Reagan was that “he believed and he was briefed.”
This particular agent was reportedly notified by other secret service agents that when Reagan took office on Jan 20th, 1981, he immediately asked for and received a briefing on UFOs. This allegedly occurred even before he was briefed about the American hostages being held by Iran. And his aides said, “Yes Mr. President we will do that.” And according to Doty’s sources Reagan was briefed.
At 53min 15 seconds into the interview D stated that he went to Washington to get a reward for something that he did that is still somewhat classified.
D, “I met the President and he knew something because he said to me, “I know you work on some very interesting things out there. “That was all he said. I didn’t talk to him about the subject. …I was only with in the Oval Office for a few minutes. He gave me something, some Presidential cufflinks. “And I knew what he was talking about…. I knew that he knew” Wow, what I am doing out there is being briefed all the way up!”
UFO Coverup live aired in October of 1988.
D: “A year before in August of 87, myself, Dr. Kit Green, Dr. Hal Puthoff, Ernie Kellerstaus. Robert Collins and the producer of the show had us in a room. He wanted to interview us all, and most said ‘no.’ “
D stated that he wouldn’t talk about UFOs on camera. In a hotel room where the interview was conducted the show’s producer gave D a list of questions. D told him that there were a few he couldn’t talk about. In the room there was just the camera man and the producer. Periodically the producer stopped the recording and said things like “could you elaborate this point or that point.” According to D was that producer was trying to control what he was saying. D told him that he didn’t want to play that game.
D, “I am going to tell you about what I know and what I did and I am not going to tell you about anything else.”
D insisted that nothing classified would be revealed by him. The interview reportedly went on for about 5 more minutes and then the again tried to put words in his mouth and D terminated the interview.
D stated that on the actual show the producer had someone in the studio that claimed to be him. For the first 30 seconds it was D voice, everything which followed was dubbed in. Someone else was talking for him.” And that really upset me.” Subsequently people accused him of being there live and D maintained that at that time he was attending the NM state police academy. This was from August to December 1988. On the night of the show he was over a thousand miles away.
“Who dubbed for me? I think it was Robert Collins to tell you the truth.”
Robert Collins is not a friend of according to D.
“Collins published a book with my name on it. About 20 percent of what I gave him was included.”
D had a number of assignments in Nevada including? S4 (Area 51)
He reportedly was never briefed, but “common sense” told him that they were reverse engineering alien craft there.
At 58 minutes,
D was involved in the 1980 Cash Landrum case. D knows as “a fact that craft was piloted by an AF pilot. “It was based on an extraterrestrial craft that we’ve had, and it was reverse engineered, but the propulsion system failed.”
(It)Malfunctioned in some manner spewing out radioactivity. I know that for a fact.” … that was the only reverse engineering other than the cylinder at Sandia. I understand that was reverse engineered into the F 117.”
D stated that he was stationed in Area 51 during the 1980s
?Death 3, test center two Groom lake complex.
Papoose is an auxiliary facility with an underground entrance.
During his service there, D learned that Soviet satellites attempted to spy on the base.To ensure secrecy the Air Force routinely fired laser lights to blind Russian and anyone else’s satellites that went overhead.
D stated that he was in Area 51 for 8 months as common security officer in 1981 and then was stationed there again in 1985. He alleged to have seen craft that common sense told him that it was alien and not ours. Doty stated that he worked above ground.
The place where Bob Lazar witnessed alien craft was in an underground facility.
D stated that above ground was where the back engineering took place. Allegedly the wreckage of many crashes was analyzed there. The facility was totally comparted. Information between the highly compartmented groups passed to third parties.
D saw 1 craft 10 x20 ft. He stated that the military engineers had put landing gears on it. He said that looking into its porthole’s like looking thru water. He stated that he never got inside.
In the Papoose facility he alleged to have seen a larger 100 x 100 older craft. Its skin looked strange not “like we had made it. “
It too looked like it had crashed.
D stated that on one occasion he saw an alien being via close circuit camera in another facility, He never came face to face with an ET.
Sargent D stated that several major companies were contracted to do the research.
EG&G ran the place.
E Systems, Johnson Systems, Sandia, Livermore, Los Alamos Technonics, GE, Motorola had a huge facility checking into ET communications attempting to learn how they worked.
Gene Leskowski (sp?) was EG&G security chief, he called himself a “security officer” but he was not a US government employee. He was briefed into a lot of things as was Paul McGovern who was site security chief from 77 to 91. According to D this individual lives now in Washington DC Landover (sp?) MD area. He is retired and would be a good person to interview.
In 1980 was in Wright Patterson AFB for a meeting that was related to this subject
At the base there reportedly was a huge underground facility. D stated that he was only there once. The now retired officer entered it but didn’t get to look around much.
D: “Ernie Kellerstraus told me that there were alien bodies down there.”
He stated that Robert Collins is probably correct as he stated in his book that they have a vast network of tunnels under Wright Patterson. Also in Area 51 there were compartmented shafts and if you don’t have right badges can’t get access to those levels.
SMG asked if Doty anytime during his career learned about “deceptive indications and warning projects.” This is the designation for staging a false flag operation that would make it appear as if the ETs were attacking US military assets.
D: “Yes”
SMG: What did you find out about them?
D: “That’s pretty classified…. I don’t think that I should talk about that.”
SMG stated that when he spoke to the Defense Intelligence Agency’s head that was the main subject of their conversation. At this point the ex AFOSI agent became evasive.
D: “That is very sensitive.” We’ll just past that question on.”
D: “The Soviets were just as curious about the phenomenon as we are.” Both Soviet and American Intel officers try to recruit agents that know about this subject.
D while stationed in Germany learned about one incident with a sighting at a nuclear base.
Part 4 Conclusion of Notes on the Dr. Greer-Richard Doty Interview.
One of the most important cases that according to Richard Doty has never been publicized. Late 1984 or early 1985 he was tasked to investigate.
There was in Utah a man who worked at the Dugway proving grounds. (Where biological and chemical weapons have been tested.) This individual worked as a photographer in the Army. When he left the Army, he got the same kind of job at Dugway. He reportedly had no family, was an orphan and grew up in orphanage in Norther California. This photographer never married and lived by himself in a 14x 80 ft trailer. The AFOSI unit at Hill Air Force Base (AFB) received unexpectantly in the mail some amazing photos of UFOs from the man. Hill AFB didn’t have anyone with the special experience to handle such a case (9Q trained to investigate UFOs) so Hill AFB officers asked Doty to go up there and check out what was happening. Doty and another officer drove up to the photographer’s place which was quite remote. Doty stated that the man was not well educated, perhaps having only an 8th or 9th grade education. According to Doty however the man had a lot of common sense and had trained himself to be a highly skilled photographer that on his own learned “everything there was to know about cameras”
He showed Doty and his comrades a book full of pictures of UFOs and “creatures.”
D asked “Where did you get these pictures?”
Witness: “They land out here.” The photographer stated that for several years in the past Flying Saucers had landed on his property.
The story was as follows. In the fall of 1968 the witness came home from work. He made himself a meal. The he heard some strange noises and his cat started running around crazy. He went outside and there in his backyard a craft had landed. He reportedly went back inside and obtained his camera, and he took a picture. According to the witness, a creature came out of the craft and he took its picture. The ET being and the photographer had no verbal communication, only telepathy. “I could understand them, but they were having problems understanding me.”
He showed Doty a bunch of “gifts” that the ETs had given him.
SMG asked Richard Doty what they looked like. Doty responded that they appeared to be exactly like the EBEN from the Roswell crash.
At first Doty thought the whole case was “a set up.” That somehow the Hill Air Force people were engaged in some kind of elaborate hoax.
D “This can’t be real.”
The AFOSI officer from Hill AFB that had accompanied Doty to visit the witness denied it was a “set up” stating, “We have never been out here before.”
All photos of craft had been taken in daytime. There were allegedly also Inside photos with an instrument panel and star charts. One chart was made of laminated paper that had lines and was unfolded. The ET’s alleged showed the witness on the charts where they had come from.
Repeated contacts with the ETs reportedly occurred from 1969 to 1976. On their final visit they said to the witness that they were leaving and they left him some items as presents.
Some of the gifts were star shaped; others looked like bronze statutes, Doty stated that they appeared to be “little models of things” The photographer had so many alien artifacts and other related material that Doty claimed that a private company was hired to carry material away in two truckloads. There was concern that the ET material might have been radioactive or could be bugged in some way.
D stated that he didn’t hear more about the material once it was taken away.
D didn’t know where they come from. One official source claimed it was Zeta Reticuli.
Richard Doty reported that he asked the witness the obvious important question. After all these years why are was the photographer informing the military. The witness was a chain smoker and told D, “I’m dying.” And that the Air Force might as well have it.
According to retired AFOSI agent Richard Doty the NSA and CIA came down to analyze the material evidence. The moving company had to package it in a special way to make sure because the thought was that it might be bugged or radioactive. There were over two dozen of the bronze like artifacts. Doty stated that they couldn’t figure out what they were, but they were something meaningful to EBEN. Richard Doty stated that he had never read or seen anything about the important case on the Internet. However, George Knapp may have known about it. The witness’ name was James. He had Polish last name that sounded like” Zedorfski”. Some of the small statues were shaped like bronze hearts with strange calligraphy on them. Doty speculated that some statutes perhaps represented the EBEN’s deity. One was a kind of wreath with symbols on it.
Dr. Greer asked if Doty had ever heard of any of the projects that deal with ET simulations.

D: “Yeah… we did do that. OSI did that. There was a special group out of the 7602nd Air intelligence Wing that came out of Ft Belvoir (Virginia) and did that.”
Retired Sargent Doty stated that his office used agents with anatomic abnormalities that could be dressed up as aliens to fool people. In his opinion this was still likely going on.
“I can’t give you any specifics because this program is still classified.”
Doty described one highly classified operation that reportedly occurred in Tacoma in the state of Washington in which a number of civilians had gotten on to a Naval Air station. They allegedly saw something that they were not supposed to see. The special group came out, got into their homes, and scared “the dickens out of them” by staging an “alien” event.
Doty admitted that “it is very sensitive…” One of the things you want to do to protect a base is to recruit people outside of the base to report into the base. When I was a Kirtland, I wasn’t in this, but we had a whole group that we called ‘swindlers’ and they could recruit anybody and they would recruit primarily press people, because they are going to be the ones who find out things first. Every news agency, every television and radio station in the Albuquerque- Santa Fe area had our snitches in there. So, we knew. We paid them good money. One of the ways to get to people was to pay them. And that was… somewhat controversial.”
D admitted that there were national press people involved but he declined to name them. These local people not only reported back to AFOSI but higher-level executives and producers were recruited to kill stories that might present problems for the Air Force. Not just concerning UFOs, but espionage or security risks for the base and other subjects as well.
Informants were paid in cash. The informants had to sign for anything more than 50 dollars and were told that they would have to report it to the IRS, but AFOSI would never report it.
Dr. Greer wanted to know about Bechtel corporation. Richard Doty stated that this company was involved with security and operations at a number of facilities including the nuclear test site. One of his colleagues at Kirtland became a chief security officer for Bechtel.
Doty claimed that Sandia labs had a project concerning time travel. They built facilities with large magnets to test time travel and they reportedly would shoot lasers through the magnets trying to “open up the fabric of space.”
D: I watched a couple of those things out there and was briefed on a counter-intelligence project. I don’t know whatever the outcome was, whether they figured it out. “
Teleportation was part of those same time travel projects. When Doty was there, they were able to teleport an object from one end of the table to the other end. That was all they could do (THIS WAS BACK IN THE 1980s!)
Doty claimed that he actually got to interview the 2 pilots flying the vehicle in the Cash Landrum case. There was a total of 4 onboard. Besides the pilots there was a “systems” officer that was handling the equipment and then there was maybe a navigator. Doty couldn’t remember what the last soldier did exactly.
In Cash Landrum case everything that could go wrong did. The vehicle took off from Nevada and headed east toward an AF base in Texas. Doty stated he thinks it was Webb AFB. The initial acceleration was fine, but when the vehicle started to slow down it got into trouble.
