Dave Scott was so kind to give me a 3-hr interview. I described the early days of the contact network’s CE-5 Initiative and how we attempted to deal with a wide range of challenges. These included surveillance of our contact teams while in the field, internal leadership conflicts that had to be overcome, as well as dealing with the very high strangeness of telepathic overrides.
