I believe that acknowledging what appears to be an “ET” presence just might inspire us to make better political choices. If the alleged ET civilizations can travel across vast distances of space, or move through other dimensions to get here, then a great deal of energy would probably be required for these remarkable feats. Such enormous power if used for war would likely destroy any ET/interdimensional civilization long before they could get very far from their home, thus logically precluding them from reaching Earth. So, the fact that flying saucers are here and have been so probably for millennia, suggests to me that they have achieved cultural and ethical advances eliminating both war and the constant preparation for war that are major terrestrial activities.
If an advanced non-human civilization can live in peace and arrive here, maybe we can learn to eliminate war as well. This is a hopeful message that will likely resonate powerfully with the Earth’s people yearning for peace and security.
It seems likely that if the masses of people on our planet were aware of a non-human presence popularly thought of as “ET”, then the apparent differences between humanity and these “Others” would be immediately apparent. After all, humanity would not share a common history, culture, language, the same level of psychic abilities and materialistic technology. What we would share with them however is that the “Others” and humanity are conscious intelligent beings. Both are awake and aware of that wakefulness. This is called Consciousness. Thus, Consciousness has been called the “golden thread” that links all conscious and intelligent beings in the universe.
As ufologist Stanton Friedman pointed out in the past, here on Earth right now, “nationalism is the name of the game.” If, however, the masses of our planet realized that we are not alone in the universe and that the flying saucer phenomena represented the presence of advanced non-human cultures, then the oneness of humanity could be realized in contrast to our differences with the “Others.” Such an awareness might promote planetary unity, and our planet’s people would more readily embrace the ideal that we are truly one people on one homeland. The ideology of extreme nationalism could hopefully be forever cast aside. The common folk of every nation could no longer be misled by their leaders to fight wars against one another.
Creating social justice through peaceful reform in my opinion will have to be part of the process. But if all this transpires, what will happen to the current corrupt leaders whose grip on power depends on having us constantly fighting among ourselves? Perhaps this prospect is one more reason why terrestrial elites have denied the reality of the flying saucer phenomenon and the ET/interdimensional hypotheses as its possible explanations.

When I first joined the loose association of activists that I call “the contact underground” I realized that our efforts to reach out to UFO intelligences might be the nucleus of a worldwide peace movement.
Professional science uses the scientific method to study the natural world. This involves carrying out repeated experiments under controlled conditions. There is nothing controllable about the physically and psychically advanced intelligences responsible for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. Therefore, the scientific approach is not a good one. I suggest we follow the advice of UFO intelligence analyst Val Germann and employ a “counterintelligence” model to study UFOs.
Until 2017 the UFO subculture existed without broad popular support or well-organized groups calling for an end to the “UFO truth embargo.” This blog analyzes how the absence of leadership contributed to the subculture’s isolation. Fortunately this situation is changing as organizations with experienced leaders are now emerging to create a broad social movement.

Thank you for the kind words of support. I was blessed to have received help from “friends in high places” that assisted me in organizing a truly remarkable team of volunteer contact workers. Every member was brought to me via an amazing series of “coincidences” that were so meaningful that they defined synchronicity.

There were many unknowns during the early days. The constant negative propaganda of alien abduction theorists had to.be totally ignored for us to go forward. Our teams were under surveillance by what was likely a combination of Executive Branch Intelligence services and perhaps private contractors that monitored our telephone and email communications and wear present at out fieldwork sites. Frank harassment did not occur to the local working groups, but we could not discount the CSETI Director’s stories of his being targeted by psychotronic weapons. Michael
We always had the sense that our efforts were being supported by UFO intelligences that made themselves known by sightings, facilitating synchronicities, contact downloads and on rare occasions for me, direct telepathic communication. .
As far as Dr. Greer’s role, it was instrumental in getting the whole project going. As time passed his responsibilities for what was to become the Disclosure Project prevented him from initiating new working groups. My humble attempts at recapitulating his working group organizing work had very limited success. After a few years our teams slowly dissolved. Mine in LA was last to fold in the fall of `1997, after five years of operations. Leadership conflicts and personal differences compelled me to resign from CSETI in 1998. I was threatened on the phone by what I imagined was an Executive Branch intelligence operative, who strangely changed his tone when I enveloped myself in protective light and offered to assist him as long as I was not asked to break any laws or betray the confidences of friends.

I was listening to Linda Moulton Howe yesterday on Fade to Black, and it did get me thinking. What if some ETs out there are so advanced that they look at us with such indifference that we would be just like insects to them as they are to us? Even though they would be a non-warfaring civilization. Do you think other ETs that would have our interest in mind, look out for us? I.e. not let us be experimented on etc? What are your thoughts on LMH and her take on ET intelligence? Although I am skeptical about the details, she does make some good points. With the sheer number of planets out there, we could have any number of scenarios play out. One thing is for certain though, we haven’t been eliminated yet which shows that someone out there believes in us…

Christopher Todd LMH, Dolan, David Jacobs are all looking at UFO intelligences with a value system shaped by identification with form. The forms that fill the minds of masses and ruling elites alike in this “nightmare of the day” are money, possessions, power over others. UAP intelligences in my judgment are inviting humanity to experience an expanded state of consciousness in which oneness and not division is the guiding principle. According to Grant Cameron, one experiencer asked the so called “visitors” who are you?. The reply was, we are one with the one that is all. By identifying with universal consciousness we can tap into the power of the universe. This is something that that the mainstream ufology researchers mentioned above can’t fathom.
If too much information is given out that the MIIC want to keep secret and suppressed, then, God forbid such a President like Trump or any future President may have a bullet with his name on it!
I disagree with the conspiratorial notion that the US President is not in the loop and that if he/she attempts to speak out an MIC assassin will take out the POTUS. If there is a conspiracy it is of the entire social system promoted by all terrestrial elites, not just an imagined “evil Cabal” ( a term that some of my Jewish friends say is antisemitic).
The notion that the POTUS is out of the loop is one promoted by the CSETI Director since his meeting with CIA Director Woolsey in December of 1993. It should be pointed out that such a notion is a very convenient cover story or fig leaf to take the CIA’s boss, ( the US President) off the hot seat. I suggest that the Executive Branch Intelligence services have “handled” assets like Steven Greer MD to continue what is likely a fiction. I urge people read “Managing Magic” by
which describes how SMG Seven Macon Greer, Bill Moore and now Tom Delonge have been “worked” by the Executive Branch as part of a gradual acclimatization program.
Thanks for the comment and question Karl Saltzman. During the 1990s for a brief period of about 2 years I received telepathic downloads. They were like watching movies in my mind. One ET female provided an answer as to why they interact with us. I can’t verify the accuracy of the message but it went like this. “It took a long time to get to your planet. For us it was like the beginning of springtime to be here in a place so vibrant with life. We travel the Cosmos assisting less advanced civilizations to go through a spiritual transformation that may allow them to survive. This is not an experiment. It is the history of our people.It is what we do as a race of intelligent lifeforms. It is our mission. It is how we express our love of God.For years I could not describe this message without weeping. As one fellow contact worker remarked. “The ETs really know how to push our emotional buttons.”
Karl Saltzman I think we would stand to gain much from associating with the ETs given their advancement, but such an association may seem to be too one-sided. I wonder, what would they stand to gain from associating with us?
- Danny Poulson I speculate that amongst telepathic species individual rights, privacy, individuality/individual identity, free-will and ego are diminished or non-existent as your own mind can so easily meld with the group mind and they can perhaps easily see into each other’s minds. So any thought or intention not aligned with the group is naturally and immediately rejected. Pretty soon their identity becomes mostly group based and not based on individual ego, and so in this way free-will becomes irrelevant.

The point you raise Danny Poulson is of critical importance and well stated. I address this in a blog that suggests among the many reasons why our planet elites are threatened by ETs, a long term one has to do with the cultural, political and most importantly the spiritual transformations that would likely arise from universal telepathy. Our masters, the oligarchs that rule our planet and are forever increasing their wealth and power, can only do so by cleverly manipulating people via lies. We are constantly bombarded with propaganda that keep us separate fighting among ourselves. In a totally telepathic, society these individuals that form our current ruling classes would immediately be identified as mentally ill people that would never be allowed positions of power.
More than a quarter of a century ago while doing fieldwork with my contact team in Joshua Tree I received a telepathic “heads up.” At the level of knowledge I was informed that a single UFO would appear exactly at 2 AM. I also knew that it would appear in the northeast sky. I alerted my CE-5 group of this. Just as scheduled a glowing red orb appeared in the NE sky at 2AM. Following the sighting I received a startling message telepathically, It came in three parts. It wasn’t a “voice in the head” but rather again a kind of knowingness. The message was. “You are a young race.” Then a bit later, “You have much to learn.” And finally “AND WE ARE GOING TO TEACH YOU!”
I imagine that advanced ET technology is based on a foundation of materialistic principles. Just as quantum mechanics and relativity are based on more primitive Newtonian physics, the new theories addressed the underlying principles of very small and very large respectively. For mental interactions I suspect that little energy is required, but for materializing physical craft moving them in our time space my guess is that tremendous energy is required. Joseph Burkes I have proposed that we co-create with UFO Intelligences a social movement that is both spiritually based and organizes politically as a radical reform campaign. So far no one has come forward to join me in a dialogue focusing on how we are to do such a feat. Eventually in a year, or decade or generation when sufficient numbers of contact activists surface with leadership skills, we will “make it so.” If reincarnation is operational perhaps some future form of Joseph Burkes will get to participate in such a grand project. If not, I take comfort in the possibility that after us, others will choose to do what is necessary to save our civilization from the technological barbarism that is wounding our beautiful planet and slaughtering so many of her children.
